Session #6 - in which the team arrives elsewhere

Suzi takes possession of the Banji Peregrine scout ship that has been assigned to the team by the Æon Trinity. After running through the preflight checks and loading on the team and their gear, they take off from Olympus' Yutu Yichon spaceport and head into deep space.

Rendezvousing with an Upeo Wa Macho transport vessel, the Teleporters aboard open a portal to Qinshui, allowing the team to fly through and into an entirely different solar system. The ship's sensors take a few moments to react and recalibrate but are soon back online. Suzi guides the ship toward Qinshui and the team are struck by the fact that all the other stellar traffic is biological in nature. 

As the ship (now referred to by the callsign "Puce 17") approaches planetary space the stellar traffic control provides them with clearance and flight path to land at the UN embassy. As they orbit Qinshui the team note that the Leviathan jumpship, Ananda, is still present.

Suzi brings the ship in to land, gliding through the atmosphere of the fog enshrouded world to set down at one of the landing pads outside the huge biodome of the embassy facility. As they disembark the crew are met by William "Bill" Von Hoffman, one of the ambassadorial aides. Bill takes the team through the embassy enclave, giving them a brief of the operation there. 

When at the embassy proper they brief Bill on the case and he fills them in with some details around Qin society. The team request details of the Ananda's manifest in the hope that that may confirm whether Carmine traveled alone. Bill agrees to see what he can do.

After settling into the suite of rooms that have been arranged for them, the team go out to sample the nightlife of the embassy and meet up with Bill the following morning.

Bill has been able to get hold of the manifest as requested and can confirm that Carmine travelled alone with a large, self-propelled, bioapp trunk as their luggage. While he has details of the Ananda's manifest and the passengers and cargo that boarded at the Solar system side he has no access to the Qin equivalent of customs records. 

At this point a guest arrives to see the team; Sanguine Peacebringer Society Shi Ho, a gruff and direct Qin Peace Officer in a warrior biosuit. Peacebringer has been sent to act as a liaison for the case. He wants a briefing on what has happened and what the team need to expedite matters. He agrees to take them to meet some of Carmine's House and says he will return in two hours.

While waiting for the Qin to come back Howi hits the entertainment district again, Bryant does some sightseeing to get his bearings around the embassy facility and Suzi practices her form shifting.

After two hours Sanguine returns in a Qin Blimp. The team board and they set off into the mists of the swamp-like wilds. The Peace Officer slips out of his biosuit to take control of the vehicle and the team get their first view of a Qin in their natural form.

Aisha has now been missing for 136 hours...
